The aim of the facility is provide a state of the art Proteomics and Mass Spectrometry capability to researchers at the University of Dundee and to external academic and industrial clients.

Our services have an excellent reputation for delivery, value and confidentiality and are used by numerous Universities, Research Institutes and companies in the UK, Europe, USA, South America and Asia. We are always pleased to receive enquiries from existing or potential clients and aim to provide the best service to meet your specific research project requirements.

As well as high-sensitivity protein identification, we offer number of other services including Phosphorylation Site Mapping and a range of quantitative proteomics analyses including SILAC and iTRAQ.
